Career Paths
The Graduate Program in Integrated Pest Management prepares students for practical careers in pest management. Graduates are in high demand. Many have found employment as farm advisors in Cooperative Extension, farm managers, pest control advisers, agricultural consultants, industrial sales and marketing specialists, and pest specialists and policy-makers in government agencies. Others have found positions conducting research at universities, public agencies or private research entities. Many go on to pursue Ph.D. degrees.
See Profiles of IPM Alumni for specific success stories. |
